有一種微笑是出自內心對於一切都寬容 釋懷的微笑...當我們懂的把所有的情緒與自我放下的同時 放輕鬆 笑一個 一種對於事物默然 不執著的微笑 也可以是--揮揮衣袖 把所有的情緒與感覺都拋走--的練習
There's one kind of smile comes from our heart, the smile understand and tolerant everything. When we understand the way to throw all the ego and emotion. Try to smile--Practice the way to throw all the emotion and feelings--
當我知道-oh..我現在心情很急...笑一個
當我知道-oh...對方只是為了要我的佣金業績 根本不在乎我...笑一個
當我知道-oh...他不是故意的 只是每個人都是過的很苦悶不開心的生活...笑一個
當我知道-oh...想做的跟想要的 目前都無法實現時...笑一個
When i know--Oh...Now my mind is very rush and stressful...Smile
When i know--Oh...the other party just wanna his own commision not for care about me...Smile
When i know--Oh...he's no in purpose, cause everyone is living in suffer depends on different degree...Smile
When i know--Oh...What i want and what i wanna achieve ..i can't make it come true NOW...Smile
我嘗試練習以關懷 以體諒他人的心來看待事務 雖然很不容易 因為以往的習性都會在無意間出現
我無法期待以及改變他人
但我知道 只要慢慢練習調心調身調習 很多外在的環境慢慢地都無法影響到我
因為我知道 控制內心平靜與身心平衡的重要
且我知道我可以做到
i try to practice care and consider about others
Althought it's hard, cause all the samskara and habbits will all reveal unconsiousely
I can't expect anything and i can't change others
Because i know..As long as i can try to adjust my body and mind...things beyong my control can't affect me. Because i know how much important to control our body in peace and body mind balance.
And surely i know i can mantain body and mind in balance.
所以--輕呼吸-- --輕微笑--
是我日日時時在練習的
很多事 碰到了 如聖嚴法師所說的--面對它 處理它 放下它
以坦然卻無所爭和體諒的態度看待挫折與困難
所以 放下 忘記 不要理他
So--Breath softly--Smile tenderly--
this is my routin practice
Quoted to master Sunyan's words--Face it! Deal it! Throw it!
Having attitude in peace and understand to see frustration and difficulties
So.....Non-Attachment--Forget--Ignore
一起--輕呼叫--一起--輕微笑--吧
今天再怎麼累 也知道我有做好事 多給朋友客戶一個微笑與寬容的心
很多事 遇到了 山不轉路轉 路不轉心轉一下就好了
一點都不難
Let's ''breath smoftly". Let's "Smile tenderly"
No matter how tired we are, i understand i am doing good to society and people. Giving tender and understanding Smile to friend and customers.
If we can't change everything, how about we change from our heart and mind?
It's simple!
因為還有更多的智慧要追求
There're still have much more wisdom and knowledge to persuade
這些都是生活上的小瑣事 且又是與自我自己相關的私利
These are just the small things in our life. Especially the self-interested related to our Ego and Self.

Well...self-interest are the things to share openly and friendly to people...
