Empowerment and Homage~

How to start to a day? a moment? How to open your eyes to face the world in the morning?

Tibetan believes that it is important to wake up in the morning and starts to image our guru and ourself. Praying and chanting first in god's name for gurus and human beings, holding water in your palm and spraying it on top of your head like god's empowerment on us. By doing so, our soul and mind can be purified and blessed by beloved one. The water can become sunshine, blessing rain, waterfall, wind, milk and everything to wash our body and mind. Feeling the cold , warm and feelings on your skin and body. Finally, gurus' images seated steadily on the top of your head whole day as respect and homage.

Indian believes when you wake up in the morning, you should not leave the bed first. You shall bend your knees on the bed, imagine god is in your third eye. After concentrating on your god in mind, holding god's face in our palm and covering god's image to one's face and body.

So, What's your empowerment to start a peaceful and beautiful day?
You can hold your beloved one in your arms, talk sweet words, read good books,do good to people and love yourself.
Let's have a nice day~

Tender and soft heart

Today I would like to write this article for someone whose heart is broken with sorrow, sad and suffering.
Treating your heart, your mind, your breathing and yourself in a tender and soft way.
Maybe the sense of desire, frustration and sorrow are so strong, they are just like us, are always looking for comfort and a warm arm for resting.
Maybe you are surrounded by hopeless, sad and lonely right now, but you're not alone.
Look around the world, how many beautiful souls are suffering together at the same time.
How many unborned child couldn't have a chance to see the beautiful world and not even have a chance to experience the world.

Closing your eyes, breathing with very slow and warm breath and touching by watching your heart softly.
Our heart could be hurted or frustrated by something or someone easily, but I know I have the power and the strong energy flow inside my body and mind.

I wish everyone in the world, every souls in all human beings not be hurted by others and don't hurt yourself because of others' mistake. Hug yourself like the way rested in mother's arm and give yourself a sweet, warm and tender smile.

You are the garden angel, the protector, the mother, the daughter, the son, the earth and the heaven to yourself.
You are the warrior and you are the one.
Smiling with tender and soft hearts to youself.
Forgiving the people who hurted us with ignorance.
It is okay to cry, it is okay to be weak and it is okay to be hurted.
Let's close eyes, crying for a while together.
But do you know that it is the time to say goodbye to the past, sorrow and memories?
This is the beautiful moment!

Closing your eyes, feeling sorrow all over your body and letting it go all from your finger tips, toes, tones, and head. Let it go and let it be! Don't give up and don't surrender to the sorrow.

Now please make a commitment to yourself, since now, I will face the world with stronger and tender heart. I will treat myself , my body and my mind softly and lovely. You're the great angel who is blessed and beloved from everyone. Believe in yourself! Let it be! At least you have yourself and me!

6 Yogic Kriya

Today I would like to talk about six major cleaning processes in Yoga. They are:
NETI KRIYAS:
Jala (water), Ksheer (milk), Tail (oil), Ghrit (ghee), Sutra (thread), Swamutra (self urine), Gomutra (cow urine), Neti Kriyas (nose cleaning processes).
I personally recommend the Swamutra Neti kriyas.

DHAUTI KRIYAS:
Jala (water), Vamana (vomit), Vastra (cloth), Danda (stick), Dhauti Kriyas (stomach cleaning processes).
I only practice with water. Havn't try others. Maybe one day.

VASTI KRIYA:
Vasti (enema) and Shankh Prakshalan – (large intestine cleaning processes)
I tried before general anesthesia. And one's body is just like having earthquake.

NAULI KRIYAS:
Agnisar, Uddiyan, Nauli (navel rotation processes for purifying abdominal organs.)
Until now, I still not try yet but practice little bit.

KAPAL BHATI:
Bhastrika-Kapalbhati (forceful breathing processes for purifying the brain)
Yes, I of course try this, very good affect and it does clarify our samsara and bring peace.
It's a very good practice.

TRATAK: Continuous gazing (eye cleaning processes) Good for eyes, brain, immune system and chakras.
Nose, ear, mouth and throat are generally cleaned by Neti process; stomach by Dhauti; Intestines by enema; abdomen by Nauli; brain by Kapalabhati and eyes by Tratak processes.
The six processes deal with the delicate organs so the practitioners should consult the experts while attempting. It is always better to do them under the guidance and in the presence of experts for five or six times. Then one can do by self.
p.s. I would like to share the joke of Urine next time in private.

Mat,Suitcase and Body

Yogi Ram used to say:" If you see a YogaMat as your life, Yogi and Yoginis are the person who is playing happily in their life."
People said that the way you treat your mat, is the way you treat your life.
So, how are you? and how is your mat? and how are you on the mat?

It reminds me about the suitcase and the body. They both carry us to travel around the world and to the human life. So, don't we all appreciate them and have responsibilities to take care of them? Without them, where can we set our soul?

Be Happy!
